I’m currently working on NHS FPX 4000 Assessment 4, and I could use some guidance. This assessment seems to focus on applying evidence-based practice to improve patient care, but I’m having trouble structuring my response.

For those who have completed it, what strategies helped you the most? How did you approach integrating research into your assessment? Also, any tips on meeting the rubric requirements effectively?
